Trump to rebrand Department of Defense as Department of War

President Trump is expected to sign an executive order to rebrand the Department of Defense as the Department of War. The order won't rename the department but it will authorize Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to use secondary titles like “secretary of war” and “Department of War” in official correspondence and public communications.
